Fix python pathing issue on Cogita #15

The main computer running the experiment suddenly won't run python unless run from administrator. Maybe I borked it by pointing conda to a different folder?? This is medium priority and low impact.

I needed to share permissions to all users to the environment folder I created. This should be fixed 🤞
