Jittered timepoints #2

The eyetracker in turtle booth doesn't seem to be sampling at a regular sampling rate (should be 60hz or every 16.66ms). Should be a fixed issue based on https://github.com/esdalmaijer/PyGaze/issues/104 but I seem to get some very irregular timestamps

Looks like this is only a real problem when theres no track - when the eyetracker is sampling we get even sampling rates.
