Would "unit" replace "n" or be used alongside it? (e.g. would キログラム be [n] or [n,unit]?)
I don't think "unit" is a PoS. To me, having this seems like having [n,rodent] as the PoS for mouse or [n,building] as the PoS for skyscraper. "Unit" is part of the definition of kilogram, not part of the PoS. I think any of [ctr], [suf], or [n-suf] covers the requested grammatical usage on the other thread?
I think it should be used in conjunction with the "n" tag.
The proposal for a "unit" tag has come up in issue #26. There seems to be acceptance of it. I'll start a POS list here, and close that issue.
