Re-implement delete dialogue #395

For some reason this was removed from our codebase...

How to test:

  1. Create a workspace with couple of dialogues.
  2. Fill in content for two dialogues of different roots
  3. Check both coloured hexagons are available
  4. Delete one of the two Dialogues from the dialogue overview
  5. Verify it is removed without the need of a refresh
  6. Verify the data is removed from the WorkspaceGrid
