In this PR:

Implementation for Radix-Tooltip. These are now used when hovering over the two options on the right of the hexagons
Adjusted colour settings of the hexagons to make them a bit more balanced (less orange)
Changed sad people to unhappy people and added multi-language support
Now shows all entries from 7 days ago till now instead of just the entries from the start of the current week
Improving explanation the bunny in the client is draggable
