Fixes HAAS-324

In this PR:

Introduced new Organization type for customer model which contains a field called layers. layers return the layer structure (e.g. Group, Group, Dialogue, Interaction) of a workspace

Almost good-to-go, just need a few stylistic improvements and we are there!

One more point of question: what's the current auth on this. Should we restrict this API to certain users, you think?

Implemented all your proposed changed!

Auth status: none (same like dialogueStatistics and all). You feel like this one is more sensitive and should therefor be more secure than dialogueStatistics?
