Create Cityworks Active User's Email Distribution List

The list of Active Users in Cityworks, who have logged in the System in last two years. This list will be used to join with the Active Directory dump to identify Active Directory Username for Cityworkrs users, which will be then used as a distribution list in an event Cityworks is down or having some issues.

I have completed matching CW Users to Active Directory. There are 24 records with some issues that requires further attention:

• They are in Cityworks and in Payroll, but not in Active Directory
• They are in Cityworks, but not in Active Directory or Payroll (they can be either removed, or they might be consultants)
• External Org, like County, have some folks that have CW Login but nothing in AD. While some from County have CW Login and are also registered in AD. Ian tells me everyone should have been in AD.

I have given the issue ones to Ian for further review.

I currently have a Geodatabase table with Cityworks info and AD info. Any time a new user is added in CW, I update that table too. That table can be used to generate a distribution list of "Is Active" users that have logged in at least once in past year.

List has been created and provided to Ian to create distribution email.

The issue records still remain. Some are policy issues of external folks not being in City registry. Some will identifying how non-active directory people who are in payroll to be registered to AD. Some needs to telephoned to ensure if they even work at City or not. All these will be gradually addressed using the issue spreadsheet created.
