Email in Cityworks Test Environment does not work #41

Ian to coordinate with MOIT to ensure the dev server (dpw-cw2014-dev) is permitted to send emails through mailrelay.

MOIT confirmed dpw-cw2014-dev is permitted to send emails through mail relay. Sill having issue sending Test email.

I confirmed that this is still the same issue as before. "The specified string is not in the form of an email address"

We may need the email team to trace on where the failure is occurring.
