SSO Application - Auto Populate Water Affected #56

Issue: Waters affected should be auto populated based on the location of the point.

Resolution:

-UAMD DMS group to review Stormwater Watersheds and edit to get the nescessary attribute. -Joe M. to load into SDE (may need to discuss with Marian Batton) -Joe M to update domain values for field. -Lu to add code for app
