Update Description: Please update the current "Water Valve Status" tile in the application portal with the following information:

Title: Valve and Hydrant Status
Description: Mobile tool used to update the status of water valves, inspect fire hydrants, perform water main trace analyses, and view water main shutdown plans.
Icon: To be sent in an email.

Also, please remove the current Hydrant icon.
