Please remove the Operational Flow button and attribute from the application user Interface altogether.

@rssidlowski I checked the dev, and it was updated. Could you double check with incognito view?

According to Dave McSpaden in the city, please keep Operational Flow and remove Low Flow.

"Remove the low flow button instead. Non-operational flow is cause for a corrective work order. ‘Low Flow’ is not clear language."
