Chore: Update pom version of projects janus-graph and memcached

Everything else is working.

@otaviojava @dearrudam I didnt update the jnosql-memcached-driver, I think it will be upgraded when the parent project goes to 1.0.0, right?

forget what I said, just found the driver on the path https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/eclipse/jnosql/communication/jnosql-memcached-driver/ and update it
