VD, SD, LD installation #10

Release matrix needs definition - please discuss here. Should be for VMware desktops, VirtualBox, and vSphere pushes, e.g. dynamic changes to support ESXi-scale memory, etc.

e.g. 13.3R4.4 has 12 releases:

This doesn't even count Log Director. This shows the power of space-packer, but the real issue is ordering a new build machine with to make it each time ;)

While I know packer can automate this build process should we simplify this down a bit. I mean I would trim it to two Space Application packages. Regardless of virtual platform could we go with just Space and Space/SD/LD/ND/VD? Just a thought?

I don't know how much that changes the memory footprint??? With a good enough build box, this could be trivial anyway. Maybe vanilla, VD+SD, and the full-monty? That could still build all of these in about an hour or so for VMware + Virtualbox on my Dell Precision.

I think just getting each component working is the main issue now - should be done over the weekend :)
