Look for alternatives to argh. #31

argh is holding back Python 3 support, the quickest solution is probably to drop it as upstream appears dead.

aargh looks like the best solution at the moment.

cliff looks interesting and may be a possibility now that the tablib dependency has been dropped. However, I think cliff may receive some push-back from co-workers because of the use of distribute entry points.

aargh doesn't quite expose the API I'd like for this, but could be patched to work.

cliff was blackballed as expected by the admin cabal ;)

The PoC in #33 just uses argparse directly, and is perhaps the best solution.
