Allow cheats on fifth skill level.
Disallow cheats while demo recording/playback and multiplayer (except few safe ones).
id prefix concept to prevent player movement for two seconds.
Cheat shortcuts from Doom and Heretic.
Cheats from Hexen Shareware available in retail version and vice versa.
