Fix build.grade #2

@don-vip Gradle cannot find josmNexus(). I'm not quite familiar with gradle, do you know why this error occurs?

@rebeccasc There is no josmNexus() function defined anywhere. This was probably copied from another project, which defined a custom function. But that repository is automatically added by the gradle-josm-plugin anyway, so that line can simply be removed.
