JavaCV is more than bad to handle, because there's no documentation and it's hard to include.

The task is to find something more native in Java.

First possibility: Marvin Project http://marvinproject.sourceforge.net/en/plugins.html

started working with Marvin on branch marvinproject with first commit 1a1c63242a08a1d27fad1009a7f677d774be4b08

Marvin fits our needs, it's already included in the master branch with commit 867cf27c0bd63fdbf12e7820b5462703693ea012
