optimize polygon recognition #10

The polygons are slightly to small, maybe use another run of dilation before the recognition.

Skeletonization helped a lot to improve the image.

open task: play around with the polygon detection, this could be better

basemap.at Images are now HDPI which helps a lot. Adjusted algorithm params in 1.8.0, so we can close this issue now.
