since 1.16.x the in the order editor view, the support for order number 120 - cast heal spell - has vanished.

It's an unwanted side effect of switching to a modern character set encoding for the files. It's interpretting the Byte Order Mark of unicode as being invalid and skipping the definition for the first line of orderEditorData.csv. If you can't wait for the next update, then remove the first non-characters before the semicolon in orderEditorData.csv - usually in the joverseer.jar file under the /metadata/ directory. (a jar file is just a .zip archive with some conventions for java)
