A data driven magic mod that adds a vanilla-ish magic system. Since ISnS has proven to both be broken (issues, bugs) and broken (powerful spells) while also having the issue of a couple of things requiring some form of a finite resource, this might be a good replacement. Also because it's data driven, we could easily modify/remove/add spells it's also locked behind needing a enchanting table setup, with would give that one some use over the Infuser with after upgrading completely obsoletes the normal Table, and limit how fast someone can get their hands on magic

This mod adds a rather small selection of spells accessible by using an enchantment table and sacrificing experience to learn these spells. Spells require mana which regenerates over time (empty to full in 30 seconds), but over half the spells require a material sacrifice. You only have 5 spell slots, this cannot be changed. Some of the more egregious spells come from the end and fire spell trees. A single fireball comparable to a blaze costs an entire blaze rod to cast. A single ghast fireball requires a fire charge to cast. The only offensive end spell requires a dragon head to be sacrificed and all it does is make nearby endermen hostile to the target. There are 31 spells in total, 16 require material sacrifices, 10 are toggle spells that drain your mana (empties out the entire bar in 30 seconds) and are all situationally useful (fire resistance, dolphin's grace, slow fall, lava walker, frost walker, waterbreathing, level 1 haste), and the rest helps with farming or smelting or taking less damage from aquatic enemies.

Casting is very similar to ISnS, where you can choose a spell from a radial dial. Probably the worst part about this mod is that you have to be holding the required sacrifice material in your main hand (not offhand or hotbar or inventory) to cast the spell or else it fails, requiring you to clutter your hotbar with otherwise useless items (copper bars, gold nuggets, potions, water buckets) just to cast spells that deal less damage than hitting the enemy with a sword.

well, since it is data driven, maybe we could just remove the casting costs or unify it into 1 or so material as a "universal spellcasting ingridient", and buff whatever's weak anyways
