Add QCTools "checks" to profile

Now that we have qct-parse integrated into AV Spex I want to set a standard output for yaml profiles. We can add some QCTools into the "step2" profile, or we can make a new "QCTools" profile (step3?).

We can always add to these or change them, but it will help guide development to have some ideal functions identified for existing workflows.

Some options are:

• Color bars (if found):
  • Identify color bars
  • Export thumbnail png of color bars
  • Evaluate rest of the content to see if is within the MIN and MAX levels in the color bars (good progress on this on branch: https://github.com/JPC-AV/JPC_AV_videoQC/tree/feature/qct-parse_eval_bars)
• Segments of silence or all black
  • Identify timecode for segments that are all silent or all black, export to summary text file (calling this "content detection")
• Percentage of frames, per tag, outside of specific thresholds (for select tags or set of tags), also export to summary text file
• thumbnails of "problem frames"? (would need to define problem frames more specifically of course, but could be any kind of extreme outlier)

qct-parse runs color bars detection, and if color bars are found, compares the rest of the video to the MINs and MAXs of the color bars
