Problem description

Although the J-PET console is supposed to be EN only, it would be nice to translate it in advance so that the introduction of new language wasn't so complicated due to mass-refactoring.

TO-DOs

[ ] Add i18n lib
[ ] Refactor all components, i.e. extract plain texts to locales & use the translation hook in the components

The refactoring is not needed since it has been stated that the app will be EN-only and/or it will rather easy to refactor it later if something changes.
