Containerize CARDAMOM #22

Create a timed benchmark to determine if there is a performance difference. This will also allow for us to control the OS and packaging

@aantonyb Please check the Teams chat for CARDAMOM_IN_DOCKER.zip. This will contain a containerized version of CARDAMOM. There is also a README for instructions on how to run and start the image
