Run validation test of CARDAMOM #39

Overview

Do a single run of CARDAMOM from the inputs provided by @aantonyb and validate that the outputs match the given statistical parameters
This will be done on the ADE and NOT the DPS. The larger run of CARDAMOM should be run on the DPS

For a single file, this has been validated. I am now running multiple files and comparing the results. I am also running CARDAMOM in GATTACA to confirm that my run_cardamom.sh script produces the expected results in multiple environments and at larger scales.
