Better Remote Tech integration #35

Can Remote Tech actually be changed to recognise reserve power and use it before shutting down? Or, can we trickle reserve power into mains via a setting. to keep RT antenna going? Can we allow reserve xfer to mains even with out RT connection?

I have enabled Reserve Power functionality even if RemoteTech connection is not available.
