Allow mods to change ONDISCOVERY stock descriptions via MM #46

I was attempting to change the stock discovery text via MM but it was brought to my attention that its not possible currently? Is that something that can be done in a later update? Its not a huge deal, but would make sense when someone changes a characteristic of the stock bodies, as in making Eve a color other than purple via kopernicus.

hmm.. these are just localization tags/strings. withing the researchbodes/Localization.cfg file

I'm not familiar with whether MM can modify these or not? it cannot modify these strings/config nodes? Assuming it can, you'd have to modify the strings in each language.
