With the recent updates to the 5e system, there's now a basis for building new module subtypes that leverage advancements. This ticket covers the following

[x] Rename Race to Heritage
[x] Build Culture with Module Subtypes
[x] Include extra data for Backgrounds
[x] Build Destiny with Module Subtypes

TODO: Sheet Display

[x] Display alongside Race/Background
[x] Singleton validation (possibly already functional?)
[x] Check if 2.4 handles advances, then check 2.5 if not, then file ticket if not

Need to add listeners to open the culture/destiny on the new sheet, as well as a default-on setting to control whether the "filler" spot should be there. Probably also want a translation key for Heritage.
