Section unit tests off into another module #127

They don't need to be in the Testing module, it's a pain having to figure out whether or not to define QTILITIES_TESTING.

Hi @JesseTG. All QTILITIES_TESTING is doing is to include/exclude the Qtilities tests. Not sure why this is a problem for you, could you explain in more detail?

Because then I won't have to remember if I built the Testing module with the unit tests or not.
