Added folders for UI #8

Hey guys! I added some folders for us to work in for the UI. Also started messing around with the Admin page.

Hey @JPalmer76

I was trying to catch this one from my computer first, as I couldn't view the files changed from my phone. Since we're supposed to be following MVC structure, could you place the components within a folder of the same name, so that we can more easily style the components later?

Using that ' Admin ' component as an example.

Admin (folder) ----- index.js (component) ----- style.css (css file) ----- //

The component will still load when we call the component folder name. All the js code will need to be inside the index.js file. Photo attached from class assignment
