Autocomplete is not disabled when in Edit mode #34

This causes the autocomplete to keep coming up if the user is changing the question which may lead to selecting another question by mistake.

@dookah had a very good idea for a flow as follows:

  1. Select a question from the autocomplete
  2. Autocomplete disables
  3. Submit edits
  4. autocomplete back on, fields reset to original with just search text box

The same flow applies for Delete Question
