Sleep PC suddenly stop working (wont turn off TV) after updating windows 11

Just found an issue after updating windows 11, sleep wont turn off TV anymore! :( I have attached the log file for u here

Hey,

If you look in the log there is an error regarding an SSL handshake during the routine for powering off. I've seen it pop up over the last month or so but it is random. Not sure why the SSL handshake started failing sometimes. Most things point towards changing to webos23 for the TV.

Anyways, I'm working on it so stay tuned

just an interesting thing I found:

I installed EA app and in app, I tick run a service in background which called "EABackgroundService" showed in Taskmanager and this service if it runs, there is NO issue with sleep pc turns off TV anymore!

The moment I endtask this service, issue went back haha. Wierd right but I believe this service has something to do with SSL

For a temporarly solution, I set this service to automatically run instead of manual (default) so it starts when windows boot up and boom, no more issue but still looking for an official fix!
