When user is at homepage, commands can still be run #2

Not sure if this is intended, but I would prefer if the commands can only be run when the user is viewing the students' data. I was briefly confused at the start when the application starts at the homepage and I tried to run list command but nothing happened.

Thank you for your suggestion! We understand that this issue may be confusing to users and have received many bug reports for this during the PE Dry Run as well. However, since there was a feature freeze for v1.4, we were unable to make any changes to this issue.

To address this issue, our team has actually added a note to the user guide as shown below:

Therefore, we reject this issue since it was explained in the user guide.
