Particle emitter block and sound emitter block have no way of selecting other values and entries #19

The blocks currently are stable but their intended use was to give the players the option to change their values and entries. I was going for some custom screen stuff but the screen handler lib (owo lib) didnt support the version of the current mod version.

I might go for just a simple repeated right click + shift and right click behavior or create screens without other libs if i dont find any other good screen lib for version 1.18.2.

This issue currently has only a rather low priority.
