add appropriate License #2

As with code as with science, it is good to determine early in the process the appropriate License model.

CC provides a set of license, but there are also other liscence sets.

@edzob Selected and Added the CC BY-NC 4.0 license to the project. I removed documents and other parts out of this repository that does not belong under this license. Created a separate Repository for this. The Repository stays (for now) private until the thesis is finished then it will go public.
