Rails -s doesn't work #7

I keep trying to start rails but it doesn't seem to be working? Is this an HTTPS issue?

Try running npm start, then visit localhost:3000.

We have updated to Node 0.11 and are using the Yeoman Rails REST HTTP app mobile Twitter Bootstrap generator. Now the -s is implemented in jQuery and works in the API.
