Create a World Scene

This world scene will for the player to control their character in a 2D top down world.

For this task, we should just focus on getting the movement figured out. I don't know if we want to have movement restricted to a grid or have the character move in 360 degrees.

Other things that will need to be done afterwards will be:

• The UI which will display the info like a minimap of the area, quest info, current party members, etc.
• Character interactions with objects, NPCs, etc.
• A way for the character to enter combat from this world scene.
• The actual building of the world. Maybe we will have multiple areas that we will need to load in and load out, so we will have to implement something there.
