From #10: still need to make do something sensible when no Sound of correct id... A missing texture for sounds?

Well, now it plays an annoying klaxon instead. Perfect!

Happy to merge now.

Have some further ideas on

possibility of syncing sounds (more rhythmic feel to game)
keeping an array of channels in SoundEffect, whose size is determined when SoundEffect is added to map, that will allow a SoundEffect to be played on n channels simultaneously. (Imagine some stabs in quick succession, may want the sound to be able to overlap a little!) - equally this could be achieved by by the wav file itself... but less dynamic oooooh
adding extra channels when needed (64 should be PLENTY though)

These have been added as Issues (enhancements)
