Hello there! if you using this discord-experiment-android or I've like to call it discord staff mobile, I had a few tips and workaround you can try to fix some issue, especially for crashing issues..
Note: I'm not part of the project here, even I almost don't know how it works so maybe this is correct and working or maybe I'm just assuming here
"Application not Installed" when installing If you had a computer or a laptop you can use ADB to install the apk, type ADB Install /path/to/your/discord.apk, if you don't you can try using ADB Shell, AShell, LADB and so on..
User Account Menu Crashed I just found the workaround for this with the new "you bar" experiment, Hold on profile button at buttom right of your screen until status menu pop up, swipe up and you will find developer tools, click at experiments and enable treatment 1 or 2 at Mobile Redesign - Nav Experiment: You Bar (Existing and new user don't matter)
Don't Use Account Switcher Experiment for Now! For some reasons if you enable account switcher and even try to switch account, it removed your staff options or even developer options, so you need to delete app data and re login to bring it back again..
