[BUG] If a reference is not loaded, loading the markdown gives a Nullpointer Exception #65

Describe the bug See title.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to entry where at least one reference has not been loaded (Typically you'll see a highlight without an accompanying title)
  2. Render markdown by disabling both "edit mode" and "plain markdown"

Expected behavior It should simply ignore unloaded references
