Summary

• Replace CRLF with LF line endings in both test resources (already in #286 ) and type checker resources. This is because thet python parser we use cannot deal with CRLF line endings. This should hopefully fix the windows build.
• Bonus points, even if git messes up the line endings we don't need to worry about that anymore (locally).
