Description of Bug

Something appears to be wrong, codecov no longer points to the correct head.

Pull requests cannot create a diff for the difference in coverage
Codecov sunburst dial obviously refers to an older version of the codebase (last commit 8 May)
By extension, the badge shows an old coverage percentage (81 as of writing, though is is close to 84,5 as of writing for v0.3.2 on main).
