Version 2 of Matlab actions are not officially released yet (Pull requests matlab-actions/setup-matlab#86, matlab-actions/setup-matlab#87 and matlab-actions/setup-matlab#88 are currently being reviewed and matlab-actions/run-command@v2 needs matlab-actions/setup-matlab@v2 according to matlab-actions/run-command#48).

This PR is therefore put on hold until v2 of Matlab actions are officially released.

Version 2 of Matlab actions has been released. Following that, I have fixed our CI workflow to explicitly request Simulink (which was automatically included with v1) et voilà !
