A question about CC:T addon mods #1

First of all, thank you so much for making such kind of mods for CC:Tweaked on 1.20.x! This kind of stuff is really missing in modern versions of the game!

I came here to question because in the readme it says this project is more like a MVP/template for a CC:T addon mod, so i risked to contact you via this one instead of CC: Drones.

Btw, i want to ask if you would have interest in doing a mod that add a gamerule for turtles (and maybe CC: Drones) to keep the chunks they are loaded even without players near? Seems like this is the last must-have funcionality that is missing from the core CC:T and there is no plans for SquidDev to add it himself.

Sorry for meddling with your stuff here, and keep your amazing work!

Hiya, no worries!

one of the future features of CC: Drones is to have chunk loading, its kinda necessary for some of the things I want to do with it, I also have most of the code for said feature

if you would like chunk loading turtles, have a look at Turtlematic by SirEdvin, it is also for 1.20.1 fabric and adds a Chunk Vial Turtle that does turtle based chunkloading

I'm aware of this mod, but i would like to have only the chunk loading (pref. as a gamerule, without adding stuff) without needing to disable 99% of it. I even talked with Edvin and he came with the idea of the gamerule implementation i mentioned, but i think this unfortunately didnt concretize.
