Add tests and npm test task #6

This PR is referencing the changes asked for in issue #4. The only changes I personally made to the test file was updating the file references and adjusting the indentation to be consistent.

Looks great, @simeg! Thanks for your change. Now that I've checked out your branch, I realize most of those tests are incomplete. Darn.
