Merge dev to stable (x4) #154

Parece ahora haber un problema con SWC y los binarios de ARM64, he movido parte del proceso fuera del contenedor haciendo que las builds sean más rápidas.

He probado su correcto funcionamiento en una rama aparte y ya no debería fallar más.
