Better Twitter share #39

When sharing on Twitter, only the URL appear in the Twitter pop-up. We can put the post title, hashtag "#es6" and "via @esrocks"

Perhaps add the tags from the post's metadata instead of just "#es6"?

@robsongajunior Feel free to @ me if you need help. Though, I have a close deadline and I'll be working full time in the next days, so I probably won't have much free time to spend on GitHub.

There are a param.

url?text=[tags]

with this, we can on share post tags too
