Have you encountered any issues with GitHub pages deployment after recent updates? My fork works locally but seems to fail on deployment.

UPDATE: After some digging, I was able to deploy successfully by 

[submodule "path_to_submodule"]
  path = juncture
  url = git://github.com/JSTOR-Labs/juncture
