Add Code to process css classes passed to Timebar elements #135

css classes are processed and handled in the same way that they are when passed to timeline elements.

@atkinchris @peterplloyd Someone please let me contribute to this project. Working one a new project with this and looking to add a few small features like this as well as work on some documentation.
