bug fixed #6

The File named ionic.project was the main issue which has been changed to ionic.config.json I hope that was the issue which is resolved for further query leave a comment

You have added lib libraries folder which are added on bower install automatically, so we don't need them. Please make a new PR, with onlt ionic config file changed. Thanks
