Hello again. I have a clue. The first files I used had special characters in the name like "ó" or "ñ". Then I try with other without special character and it seems to work ok, using the name of the file plus txt and json in each file.
Hi @friki67 this issue is addressed in #49. In future versions, files like "Reunión 24 de agosto.m4a" will be normalized to "Reunion_24_de_agosto". So SMTP clients can parse the file name.

In async mode, the attached files have as name "noname". Both of them, the TXT and the JSON one.
Maybe using the name of the audio/video file and txt or json as extensions could be more adecuate?
